Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, processing times may slightly extend, but we strive to keep delays to a minimum.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. Delivery usually takes 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Regions

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please review the following information carefully:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging.
  • In the same condition as when you received it.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Live Plants: Azaleas, Boxwood, Camellias, Clematis Vines, Crape Myrtles, Eucalyptus Trees, Gardenias, Hydrangeas, Japanese Maple Trees, Junipers & Conifers, Magnolia Trees, Snowball Bushes.
  • Perishable Goods: Fragrant Plants, Fruit Trees & Plants, Herb Plants, Houseplants, Groundcover Plants, Ornamental Grasses.

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item, including the return address.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Wait for Processing: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Process

Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Garden Plant Seeds.
