To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, some items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:
- Live Plants: Azaleas, Boxwood, Camellias, Clematis Vines, Crape Myrtles, Eucalyptus Trees, Gardenias, Hydrangeas, Japanese Maple Trees, Junipers & Conifers, Magnolia Trees, Snowball Bushes.
- Perishable Goods: Fragrant Plants, Fruit Trees & Plants, Herb Plants, Houseplants, Groundcover Plants, Ornamental Grasses.
3. Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item, including the return address.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Wait for Processing: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
4. Refund Process
Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Process
